GANIL, in its capacity as controller, informs you that your data is processed. When certain information is required to access specific features of the site, this requirement is indicated at the time of data entry collection. If you refuse to provide required entries, you may not be able to access certain services.

Recorded data

Personal data may be collected by GANIL, Bd Henri Becquerel | BP 55027 14076 CAEN Cedex 05. They come from the GANIL Portal application.

The following personal data:

• Name
• First name
• E-mail address

Is likely to be collected as a result of:

• As part of a request to create an account
• As part of a password reset request

Data recipients

• Administrator, site manager & GANIL staff

Data retention period

The data retention period shall not exceed three years of inactivity, after which personal data are erased as part of the right to be forgotten.

Data transfer outside the European Union

• When you add a proposal: No transfer of data outside the EU is carried out.

Personal rights

In compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions (Law No. 78-17 of 6 January amended and European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU), you have the following rights if you are an authenticated contributor:

• Update or delete your data by logging into your portal account and configuring its settings;
• Exercise your right of access, to know the personal data concerning you;
• Request updating of your data if inaccurate;
• Request portability or erasure of your data; for proposals not submitted you can delete them, for others contact the Beam Coordinator;
• Oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of your data;
• Withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
